Steve, this is so amazing. I burned it to 4 CDs for my friends and used your CD art. What an amazing gift to keep giving. Thank you!

I just wanted to say thanks for the wonderful dreams last night! I downloaded the entire CD last night, and listened to just the first few tracks before I had to call it a night and go to bed. I didn't continue listening to it as I went to bed because I wasn't sure of what to expect next, and possibly be be jolted out of a nice slumber once I got there (and I didn't want to miss ANYTHING the first listen)... I had the most incredible Burning Man dreams! I dreamt of new experiences (some possible, some not) and some things I saw last year or the year before. I dreamt of new ways to shade my camp this year and new things I wanted to build (who knows if I will get time to build them or not this year). I dreamt of people I was with in years past, and people I hope to meet in the future. As my alarm clock went off, I had to hit the snooze button and fall back into dreamland again to get back to my own imaginary playa. It worked (a few times, even!) But as I can not spend ALL day in bed, living in my wonderful imaginary world, I did have to get up and type this letter and go to Reno to get some other things done for the real world I live in as well. My brain and my soul will be full of the Playa Spirit every time I listen to this CD and for days and weeks to come. I will, of course, pass this on to my fellow Burners, and hope the same thing happens to them! Thanks you very much!!!

Dear Steve,
Have only just dipped into your wonderfully evocative work and had to say a
huge thank you. I am sitting at my computer in tears, not only from the
memories the sound evoked of our first burn last year, but at your spirit
for giving out such an amazing gift.
love and peace

The CD is totally awesome!!! It actually gives me goose bumps to listen to because it brings back so many great memories. The sound of Burning Man is one of the things I love the most. I really tried to explain the sound to people who didn't go but it is impossible, now I can let them listen!! THANKS! I will be listening to this a lot.

Last year was the first year I had missed in a long time. The sample track brought me to tears. It's oddly pure when your body has that reaction.

Thank you so very much!

much love.

30 seconds into the sampler and I knew I had to listen to the whole thing. So many things that even just the sound brings back great memories. Less than a hundred days and I cant wait to get back. Great job!

What an awesome project this turned out to be...Be Proud of your work and the effort it took...Cause you have an awesome soundscape of Burning Man 2003. This would be an awesome Backdrop to some Open Playa Art for a future Burn!

As unhelpful as this sounds, I can´t find anything on it that bugs me or needs improvement. You´ve done a great deal of work on this project since I first listened to it. Good job dude.
